TICKETING POLICIES:  All ticket sales are final. Sorry, no refunds. Our ticket vendor adds a merchant/credit card fee to each transaction.  GROUP RATES AVAILABLE for parties of ten or more attending the same performance – Write or call box office. Exchanges are permitted and can be made at your own convenience by clicking the link on your confirmation email, or by contacting us at email@youthcompanychicago.org. In the unlikely event of a show cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund will be issued within 21 days of notification. Please plan to arrive at the theater at least ten minutes before curtain. Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager and will be permitted only at a safe and appropriate time once the performance has begun.
